Solace is a group created to support and empower women and their children, who are living with and fleeing from domestic violence and abuse.

Impact
Certain population subgroups are at higher risk of mental health problems because of greater exposure and vulnerability to unfavourable social, economic and environmental circumstance.
Our group “Impact” was formed to help give more information about mental health also to help and support people look after their mental health. Conect Helen on 07973837664.
Connect
You are not alone. Loneliness and isolation is a growing problem throughout our city. “Connect” helps support activities that bring isolated people together, helping decrease loneliness.
Coffee mornings, trips& outings, walks, lunches, and craft sessions are just a small part of what we do. Come and join our friendly group by phoning Helen 07973837664
